1. What are your hours of operation?

    Sunday: CLOSED

    Monday - Friday: 10:00AM to 8:00PM EST

    Saturday: CLOSED

    Order by 1PM EST for Same Business Day Shipping.

    Orders placed after 1PM EST (for same business day delivery) will be canceled.

  2. Where do you deliver?

    We are able to deliver up to a 25 mile radius of the University of Maryland, College Park. However, we plan to expand in the future.

  3. Is there a minimum to place an order?

    Yes, use our “pickup” option.

  5. Can I request to pick up my order earlier?

         Yes, you can reach us at 2402447392 or leave an order note with your request.

    6. What if a product I need is not listed on the website?  


    7. Can I return or exchange items?  

        Since most beauty supply stores do not accept returns or exchanges, returns + exchanges are not accepted.

   8. There’s a mistake with my order!

      We’re so sorry about the mix-up.

      If there is an issue with the order you have received, you will need to contact us the day you receive your order for a replacement or refund.

  9. Is Alipearl hair available for same day delivery?

        Yes and no! We offer a limited stock of alipearl hair available for same day delivery.  Only Alipearl hair that is labeled as "SAME DAY DELIVERY" is available for same day delivery. Our other selection of Alipearl hair can be purchased with the following delivery options: 

               -USPS Overnight Shipping

               -USPS Standard Shipping

  10. Can a discount be used more than once?


  11. My order came later than expected

      We try to deliver all of our orders on time. Our delivery times are estimated. However, if an order is more than 30 mins late, you will receive 10% off your next order.  

  12. Can I cancel an order?

To ensure we deliver our orders as soon as possible, a shopper is automatically directed to fulfill your order. There is a 3 minute grace period for order cancellations. After that you will not be able to cancel your order, you will only receive store credit.

  13. Can I add to my order?

Only if the shopper is still in the store. If the shopper has left the store you will need to place another order.  

  14. What if I am not home for a delivery?

We will leave your order in front of your house. However, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your order.

        Yes we do! Use our “Postal Delivery” delivery option at checkout.
